Is the training delivered at our school?
Yes. Our trainers come to you. We deliver on your premises using your existing spaces. A gym, hall, or large classroom works well. We bring all the equipment and students don't need to leave the school grounds.
What year levels can participate?
The program is designed for Years 7 to 12. Certificate courses (HLTAID011 and HLTAID009) are most appropriate for students aged 14 and above. Practical-only sessions can accommodate younger year groups. We'll confirm the right fit when we follow up your application.
How is the 50% discount applied?
The 50% student pricing is built directly into your booking confirmation. There's no code to claim. It applies when your application is received before 30 September 2026 and you lock in a booking for 2026 or 2027.
What is the 30 September deadline?
Applications must be received by 30 September 2026 to be eligible for School Safety Program pricing. You don't need your training date confirmed by then, just your application submitted. We'll work with you on dates across 2026 or 2027.
How many students can we book?
We accommodate groups of 20 to 250 students. For larger cohorts we may run across multiple sessions on the same day or on consecutive days. We plan this with you during the confirmation process.

Yes. All certificate courses are delivered under Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909) and accredited under the Australian Qualifications Framework. HLTAID011 (Provide First Aid) is valid for 3 years.
