This combined course is designed for licensed electricians who need both their Low Voltage Rescue renewal and a current Provide First Aid certificate. Instead of completing two separate courses, you complete both in a single blended session — saving time and money.
UETDRMP018 is mandatory for all licensed electricians in Victoria and must be renewed every 12 months. HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is valid for 3 years and is widely required across construction, mining, and workplace health and safety roles.

This course combines UETDRMP018 Low Voltage Rescue with HLTAID011 Provide First Aid into a single blended training session. It is designed for licensed electricians who need both their LVR renewal and a current Provide First Aid certificate for workplace compliance.
The combined LVR + First Aid course costs $200 per person, all inclusive. This covers your online pre-learning, the face-to-face practical session, all equipment and materials, and both digital certificates on completion.
The face-to-face practical session is 2 hours (120 minutes). In addition, you will complete approximately 1 hour of online pre-learning at your own pace before attending. Total time commitment is around 3 hours.
LVR + CPR (UETDRMP018 + HLTAID009) covers Low Voltage Rescue and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation only. LVR + First Aid (UETDRMP018 + HLTAID011) covers Low Voltage Rescue plus the full Provide First Aid unit, which includes CPR, management of bleeding, shock, unconsciousness, burns, fractures, and other medical emergencies. HLTAID011 is a broader qualification and is valid for 3 years instead of 12 months.
The UETDRMP018 Low Voltage Rescue certificate is valid for 12 months and must be renewed annually. The HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate is valid for 3 years. Both certificates are issued on the same day as separate Statements of Attainment.
The HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of completion. It is nationally recognised and issued by Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909).
The UETDRMP018 Low Voltage Rescue component is mandatory for all licensed electricians in Victoria and is required for annual electrical licence renewal. The HLTAID011 Provide First Aid component is required in many workplaces, construction sites, and under Victorian workplace health and safety legislation. Combining them in one session is a practical and cost-effective way to stay compliant.
The practical sessions are held at our Tullamarine training centre (2/7-9 Butler Way, Tullamarine VIC 3043) and our Melton training centre (1/39 Collins Road, Melton VIC 3337). Classes run 7 days a week at both locations.
The theory component is completed online at your own pace before attending the practical session. However, the 2-hour practical must be completed in person at one of our training centres. This is a regulatory requirement — the LVR and First Aid practical skills must be assessed face-to-face by a qualified trainer.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities on the floor (you will be practising CPR and rescue techniques). Bring photo ID and your completion certificate from the online pre-learning component. All other equipment and materials are provided.
Digital Statements of Attainment are issued on the same day as your practical session, via email. Both the HLTAID011 First Aid certificate and the UETDRMP018 LVR certificate are sent digitally. Certificates can also be used immediately for licence renewal or workplace compliance purposes.
Yes. Both units — UETDRMP018 and HLTAID011 — are nationally recognised qualifications. They are delivered and assessed on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd (RTO 90909), a nationally registered training organisation. The Statements of Attainment are accepted across all Australian states and territories.

Yes. The online pre-learning must be completed before your face-to-face practical session. Once you book, you will receive access to the online component via TrainingDesk. Allow approximately 1 hour to complete it. You will need to show evidence of completion on the day.
